Catherine Hawkins

Cathy spent over 30 years working as a certified independent and internal consultant, coach and trainer to executives, organizations and individuals in consulting, coaching, leadership, and Human Resource roles.  After 10 years of traveling throughout the United States teaching the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Cathy, a bit weary of being away from home so much, started her own coaching, training, and consulting practice.

Born in Utah, Cathy’s family moved early in her life to California where she completed High School. Soon after graduating she returned to Utah for her higher education, attending both Brigham Young University and the University of Utah. A mother of three daughters and four grandchildren, Cathy spent most of her adult life balancing career and family life. She is still managing that balance raising her Autistic grandson. Cathy earned her 5th degree black belt in Okinawan Muso-Kai Karate, loves cooking and canning, painting portraits and playing the violin, organ and piano.  Cathy is a Reiki master, loves meditation and is most at home in the mountains.
