Scheduling Questions
How do I know if my child needs therapy?
Schedule a free consultation with us. Our therapists will meet with you to determine a best path forward for your child. If you are out of the area, we can set up a virtual consultation.
Do I need a consultation before an Intensive?
No – it’s not necessary if you just want to register and get started?
What is the Intensive Session schedule?
Calendar – Intensive blocks for 2026
How do I register for an Intensive or a schedule a regular PT appointment?
– Fill out an online Intake Form. We will then call you to get you registered for an Intensive or schedule a PT appointment
– Call the Clinic – you will still need to fill out the online Intake Form
Do I need to schedule a consultation before I can register for an Intensive or schedule an initial PT appointment?
No—it is not necessary
What happens if the Intensive session block I want is full?
We schedule on a first-come first-serve basis. If the session is full, we will work together to find another session that fits your needs. We can also place you on a list for any cancellations.
What happens if the Intensive Session block falls over a holiday?
There are several session blocks that fall over a holiday. If you choose one of these blocks, your session will be shorter. We will deduct the cost of the day(s) from the total of your Intensive.
Can I request a specific therapist?
We take pride in our excellent staff. They are all well trained, skilled and love what they do. Each is committed to keeping informed and up to date on the newest techniques and equipment. We encourage you to be open to the unique insights each therapist offers. We don’t guarantee that you will have the same therapist each visit; however, we will take your requests under consideration.
Do I need to attend a full 3-week session?
No. Each Intensive is designed specifically for your child and your situation. For optimal results, we have found that 3 weeks is ideal. At times we will recommend shorter Intensives, and we do offer 1- and 2-week sessions. Your therapist will recommend treatment and then it is up to you to determine what works best for you and your child.
